UPDATE: a HUGE thank you to our amazing volunteers! What a Campout!
Based on pronghorn collar data, wildlife biologists with the US Forest Service have identified detrimental habitat fragmentation. By taking a data driven approach to fence modification and removal, we will help the Forest Service improve habitat continuity and reestablish genetic flow between isolated populations.
Come join us in the Kaibab National Forest near Flagstaff! As with all our Campouts, treat this weekend as if you were going camping. Bring your outdoors gear, tent and bag, and enough food to see you through the weekend. We'll cook up some burgers and dogs, and crack some beers, but it's always good to be prepared!
Interested? Let us know here and we'll email you as it gets closer!
